## What helps us help you faster

- **Bug reports:** the page URL, the exact input values you entered, and what you expected vs. what you saw.
- **Corrections:** the cheat sheet or guide, the specific line or claim, and a source if you have one (RFC, vendor doc, man page).
- **Feature requests:** the task you're trying to accomplish — that matters more to us than the specific UI you imagine.

## Suggestions for new tools or sheets

The roadmap is driven by reader requests. If an IT task makes you reach for a calculator twice a week, tell us about it — chances are others need it too.

## For the curious

This site is built and maintained by a small team of network engineers. Every cheat sheet is verified against primary sources — RFCs, vendor documentation and man pages — before publication, and reader corrections are applied fast: most go live within a day or two. If you spot a subnet mask that doesn't match its CIDR or a cron example that wouldn't actually run, that report is genuinely valuable.

**No support for third-party products.** We can't troubleshoot your company's firewall, Intune tenant or cron jobs in depth, but we're happy to point you at the right reference page on this site.
